This holster is expanded both fore and aft to provide a larger bearing surface against the body, and is formed to the contours of the body to provide more comfort and a less distinguishable outline. Also two mounting straps are provided which give a rock solid stability. Although there is a metal reinforced band at the mouth of the holster to aid in rehostering, this band does not encircle the holster, thus giving it a thinner profile which aids in its concealability.
